The latest evolution of the Istobal’s industrial vehicle car wash incorporates an optimized redesign of the hydraulic circuit that provides optimum washing with up to 25% less water consumption and using up to 6% less energy. The sectorization of the water circuit for brush rinsing, which allows the water flow to be cut off to the horizontal brush while it is not working, together with the resizing of the main water supply, enables optimization of the main water pump. This is the most flexible industrial vehicle car wash on the market, capable of covering all segments, from vans to irregular vehicles, and other vehicles with special characteristics. A flexible configuration with up to 31 programs and functions, which the customer can freely select, a touchscreen control panel and various types of connections for supplying the rollover: by chain, loops or via a fixed or pendulum post. The structure of the rollover can be customized in 23 different colors and the polyethylene brushes come in 4 colors to adapt to any brand image.
